Escalante Valley Elementary’s Community Council is comprised of parents, teachers, and administrators who work together to improve student achievement. Council members meet together several times during the year to assess the school’s improvement needs. All parents are invited to attend. All parents are invited to serve on the Community Council.
COUNCIL RESPONSIBILITIES
*Review academic data & scores, as outlined on the CSIP (RISE, iReady, Acadience Reading & Acadience Math assessment data).
*Review School Safety Plan
*Develop a TSSA & School LAND Trust Plan
*Review PBIS Plan
*Present & review digital citizenship plan
*Provide an opportunity for issues of concern in the community to be presented to the school administration
